Not all properties are good candidates for our On-Site Utility. But as a general guideline, properties with electricity costs greater than $0.10 per kWh and over 120 beds, rooms or units, using significant amounts of hot water for space heat, domestic needs, heating swimming pools, on-site laundry or industrial processes are potential candidates.
